Be gentle - this is my first time!

I am a mother of three angelic children: 17-male, 15-female and 11-male.
The 17-male recently got himself and us as parents into a bit of a jam - it seems two females came knocking on his bedroom window in the wee hours of the morning needing a ride home to a nearby town about 40 miles away. He hasn't driven a car in over a year, since he got his driver's license suspended through the juvenile court for a possession of marijuana charge and has never gone back to renew it. Being "male" - he doesn't wake his parents to ask them to give these two fine women a ride home - he takes the car (5-speed) and proceeds to drive them home. He is pulled over in a little town - I kid you not in a little town called "Pleasantview" - and when he tells the officer that his license is suspended for a marijuana charge - the officer gives him a DUI (Drugs) ticket even though the car was searched and nothing was found, not even a cigarette butt! Being a scared 17 year old who does occassionally "self-medicate", he is scared and refuses a blood test thinking that this is all a bad dream. Now we are left to find a lawyer to sort the whole thing out!
